From time to time, we (Big Square Kenya) will run promotions on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages to show our audiences  we appreciate them for engaging with us on these platforms.

By entering our social media contests, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• To participate in our social media giveaways, you must be a resident of Kenya with a valid social media handle.
• Employees of Big Square Kenya and its associated companies are not eligible to enter the competition.
• Giveaway participants must be following Big Square Kenya on the platform they are participating on for their entries to be valid. For example, if you participate in a giveaway posted on Facebook, you must be following the brand page on said platform.
• Big Square Kenya reserves the right to use all submissions as we see fit.
• By entering a competition, the entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete and they have full rights to the images and details that they upload and that the use of this material will not constitute a breach of any third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights and indemnify Big Square Kenya in full against any claims raised by third parties.
• Big Square Kenya shall not be held liable for any copyrighted materials, which has been uploaded by an entrant during the competition. All entrants must upload pictures of which they either own the copyright to or have obtained permission from the original copyright owner.
• Big Square Kenya has the right to modify or terminate the competition without notice.
• Big Square Kenya  has the right to delete any information uploaded by an Entrant which is believed to be illegal, obscene, offensive or defamatory, or is otherwise inappropriate.
